Physical Postures (Rukoo' and Sujood): Master the physical positions of standing (Qiyam), bowing (Rukoo'), and prostration (Sujood) in prayer. 5. Recitation of Quranic Verses and Duas: Learn the essential verses and supplications recited during Salah. 6.
